1. Acceptance of Terms

By using “vaidikektaparishad.com” (the “Website”, programmed by Aanya Jankalyan Samiti, Reg. no. 26304), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you disagree, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Definitions

• “Organization”: Vaidik Ekta Parishad (programmed by Aanya Jankalyan Samiti, NGO Reg. no. 26304).
• “User” : Anyone accessing/buying from the Website.
• “Services” : Donations, memberships, event registrations, spiritual products, or educational materials.

3. Membership & Donations

3.1 Membership 

• Annual membership (₹111/year) grants access to:
• Automatic scholarship nominations for dependents.
• Priority in loan schemes.
• Members must provide accurate details; false information voids benefits.

3.2 Donations

• Donations are non-refundable (except for technical errors).
• 50% tax exemption under **Section 80G** (receipts emailed within 7 days).

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment Methods : UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking (via Razorpay/PayU).
• Refunds: Only for duplicate/unauthorized transactions (request within 15 days).
• Failed Transactions : Contact “support@vaidikektaparishad.com” with payment proof.

5. Privacy Policy

 Personal data (name, email, phone) is collected for: 

• Membership management.
• Tax receipt generation.
• Service delivery (e.g., event updates).
• Data is “never sold/shared” with third parties (read full Privacy Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, text, images) is owned by Vaidik Ekta Parishad (Aanya Jankalyan Samiti)
• Unauthorized use/copying is prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Do not misuse the Website for illegal activities.
• Members must update contact details promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

 The Organization is not liable for: 

• Technical issues (e.g., payment failures).
• Indirect damages (e.g., data loss).

9. Amendments

Terms may be updated; changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. 

10. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in District court Durg, Chhattisgarh.

Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (India Only)

• Processing Time: 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days via standard courier (Delivery/India Post).
• Shipping Charges:
• Free Shipping on orders above ₹500.
• Flat ₹50 for orders below ₹500.

2. International Shipping

• Currently “not available”.

3. Tracking & Support

• Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Accepted Within: 7 days of delivery. 

Conditions:  

• Product damaged/defective.
• Wrong item shipped.
• Not Eligible: Digital products (e-books, courses), perishables (herbal juices), or donated items.

• Order number.
• Photos of damaged/wrong product.

2. Approval: Return authorized within 48 hours.
3. Ship Back:

• Affix return label (provided by us).
• Use prepaid courier (we cover costs for defective/wrong items).

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after return receipt.
• Method: Original payment mode (UPI/Bank Transfer).
• Partial Refunds: Granted if item is used/partially damaged.

 Notes: 

• Donations & Memberships: Non-refundable (except for technical errors).
• Events/Workshops: Refunds only if cancelled by the Organization.

“Vaidik Ekta Parishad” Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Effective Date: 20-05-2025

By joining the “Vaidik Ekta Parishad Affiliate Program” (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“TOS”). The Program is managed by “Vaidik Ekta Parishad” (Organization: “Aanya Jankalyan Samt”, a registered NGO) 

1. Program Overview

1.1 Purpose: 

• Promote Vaidik Ekta Parishad’s mission (yoga camps, scholarships, donations, etc.) via referral links.
• Earn commissions for valid referrals.

1.2 Eligibility: 

• Open to individuals/NGOs/businesses aligned with our values.
• No hate speech, illegal content, or unethical marketing.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Promotion Guidelines: 

• Use only approved banners/text links (provided by the Organization).
• Disclose affiliate relationship (e.g., “As a Vaidik Ekta Parishad Affiliate, I earn commissions”).
• “Prohibited”: Spam, paid ads without approval, or misleading claims (e.g., “Guaranteed donations”).

2.2 Compliance: 

   Follow all applicable laws (e.g., India’s IT Act, 2000) and avoid trademark misuse. 

3. Commissions & Payments

3.1 Commission Structure: 

• Donations: 1% of the donated amount.
• Memberships: 10% of the membership fee (₹111/year).
• Products/Services: 15% of the sale value.

3.2 Payment Terms: 

• Payouts via “Bank Transfer/UPI” (min. ₹500 balance required).
• Processed monthly (by the 15th of the next month).
• “No payouts” for fraudulent/fake referrals.

4. Tracking & Referrals

4.1 Tracking Cookies: 

• 30-day cookie duration (commission credited if donation/sale occurs within 30 days of clicking your link).

4.2 Valid Referrals: 

• Must be from genuine users (no self-referrals or bot traffic).

5. Termination

5.1 Grounds for Termination: 

• Violation of TOS.
• Inactivity for 6+ months.
• Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake referrals).

5.2 Effect of Termination: 

• Unpaid commissions forfeited.
• Remove all affiliate links/banners.

6. Modifications

• The Organization may update these TOS; affiliates will be notified via email.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vaidik Ekta Parishad is not liable for: 

• Technical errors in tracking.
• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

8. Governing Law

• Disputes governed by Indian law (Jurisdiction: District Court Durg, Chhattisgarh).
